A Associação dos Delegados de Polícia do Paraná e o Sindicato dos Delegados de Polícia do Paraná manifestam à sociedade paranaense e brasileira o seu público e veemente repúdio à prisão temporária arbitrária requerida pelo GAECO do Ministério Público do Paraná em desfavor de nove policiais civis, incluindo o Exmo. Delegado de Polícia Dr. Rubens Recalcatti.

Causa perplexidade e decretação de prisão desacompanhada de periculum libertatis, requisito essencial exigido pelo Art. 1, incisos I e II da Lei 7.960/98.

A Autoridade Policial vítima desse abuso de autoridade possui residência fixa, não coagiu ou tentou ameaçar qualquer testemunha, não prejudicou a colheita de qualquer prova, não sonegou informações sobre sua identidade e não manifestou interesse em se furtar a um eventual processo.
