Reajuste de salários de delegados da Polícia Civil do Acre passa a valer a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2016

Projeto de lei que reajusta salários dos delegados de Policia Civil foi apresentado e aprovado na Assembleia Legislativa do Acre (Aleac) ainda no mês de julho em meio a greve dos professores, o que gerou polêmica e protestos. Contudo, para alegria de poucos e tristeza de muitos, a nova lei que reajusta o salário dos delegados da Civil foi sancionada no último dia 16, pelo governador do Estado, Tião Viana.

A decisão foi publicada no Diário Oficial do Estado e transcorre sobre as alterações, entre elas, a estruturação da carreira em cinco classes com salários que serão concedidos de forma escalonada. De acordo com o decreto, além dos salários, que podem chegar a mais de R$ 22 mil na última classe – tida como especial – o delegado de polícia também deve ter outras vantagens, tais como gratificação natalina; adicional de férias; diárias; ajudas de custo; e outras verbas de caráter indenizatório; adicional de titulação; gratificação de sexta parte; abono de permanência; gratificação de instrução e gratificação de chefia.

O adicional de titulação será concedido aos delegados de polícia com títulos universitários de pós-graduação e de especialização em área de interesse da administração pública e correlação com sua área de atuação. O adicional de titulação deve ser incorporado aos salários. Também foi exemplificada na publicação a forma de que o profissional deve progredir para as classes mais avançadas. Além de outros requisitos, o delegado em todas as etapas deve ter no mínimo 36 meses de efetivo na classe anterior.

A 5ª e última classe exige dos candidatos aprovação da conduta na classe anterior  (4ª classe),  pelo Conselho Superior da Polícia Civil, considerando assiduidade, dedicação, eficiência e presteza demonstrada no cumprimento dos deveres funcionais, verificados através dos relatórios da Corregedoria Geral; pontuação média no triênio de avaliação igual ou superior a 80 pontos nos fatores de promoção como ocupante da classe supra citada.

Em todo Estado, atuam 64 delegados, desse total 20 deles estão lotados nas delegacias do interior. Na última classe da progressão, o salário pode chegar a R$ 22.514,92. A lei passa a vigorar desde a data da sua publicação e tem efeitos financeiros a partir do primeiro dia de 2016.
