Policiais e demais servidores da Secretaria de Segurança Pública de Goiás (SSP-GO) iniciaram uma paralisação, por volta das 8h desta quarta-feira (9). Segundo um comitê, formado por 14 entidades que representam a categoria, nenhuma ocorrência será registrada nas próximas 24 horas.
De acordo com os manifestantes, a “Operação Padrão Atividade Zero” é um protesto contra o não pagamento, pelo governo estadual, da segunda parcela da reposição salarial, de 12,33%, que deveria ter sido feito em novembro para os policiais civis e em dezembro para os demais servidores.
Além dos policiais civis e militares, também participam do ato bombeiros, peritos criminais, médicos legistas, agentes prisionais, delegados e papiloscopistas.
Segundo o Sindicato dos Policiais Civis de Goiás (Sinpol-GO), durante a paralisação, a expedição de pedido de exame cadavérico será o único trabalho feito pela Polícia Civil, para que a Polícia Técnico-Científica, por meio dos auxiliares de necropsia, façam o recolhimento de cadáveres de vítimas de homicídio. Contudo, os exames cadavéricos só serão realizados a partir do encerramento do movimento.
A situação revoltou a família do comerciante Antônio Marques de Amorim, de 41 anos, uma das pessoas mortas nesta quarta-feira. O sobrinho da vítima, o estudante Saulo Machado de Oliveira, de 18 anos, disse que os parentes estão indignados. “Eu acho que isso é uma falta de respeito com o cidadão”.
O presidente do Sinpol-GO, Paulo Sérgio Alves, disse ao G1 que mais de 25 mil policiais civis e militares estão paralisados. “Queremos ter a sociedade do nosso lado, mostrando que nós somos importantes. A sociedade deve pedir pelos policiais, tem que sair e defender os servidores que estão a serviço dela e, se fica ruim para a gente, fica ruim pra todos”, destacou.
Já o presidente da Associação dos Cabos e Soldados (ACS), Gilberto Candido de Lima, disse à TV Anhanguera que, até as 10h, a PM havia recebido mais de 20 ocorrências de roubo de carro, três de furto, três de roubo a casa e outras de tentativa de homicídio. Ele destacou que as equipes até saem nas ruas, mas, por conta da paralisação, não vão atender nenhuma ocorrência.
A SSP-GO informou que a Polícia Militar está trabalhando normalmente e divulgou imagens sobre os trabalhos. O órgão disse que ainda fará um levantamento sobre a situação das delegacias e vai se pronunciar mais tarde.
Apesar disto, o sargento Sérgio Goiano, da PM, disse que está sim em paralisação. ” Nós não vamos atender nenhuma ocorrência, nem fazer nenhum flagrante”, afirmou o sargento. Ele falou também sobre os problemas que as equipes da corporação estão passando.
“Está difício essa defasagem salarial e falta de investimentos. Estamos trabalhando muito e o desgaste já está no limite”, desabafou.
Sobre a informação de que a PM não está registrando as ocorrências, a assessoria da corporação negou e disse que os serviços são feitos como de costume.

O presidente do Sinpol-GO, Paulo Sérgio Alves, explicou que os servidores precisam de melhores condições de trabalho e, por isso, as entidades que representam as categorias decidiram se unir e fazer a paralisação.
“O objetivo é alertar a sociedade de Goiás que a segurança pública passa por um problema grave. O principal deles é a falta de contingente, de quase 6 mil policiais civis, em 1998, passamos pra pouco mais de 3 mil hoje. Ou seja, quase dobramos a população do estado e diminuímos pela metade o número de servidores, isso não dá”, disse.
“Tanto na policia civil quanto militar, não aguentamos mais, estamos ficando doentes com a sobrecarga, e isso reflete na qualidade da segurança, já que não conseguimos investigar crimes e proteger a sociedade por completo e gera insegurança da população, que tem a impressão de que não há ninguém por ela”, ressaltou o sindicalista.
Em nota, a SSP-GO informou que “nenhuma entidade representativa dos servidores da pasta comunicou oficialmente sobre a realização de atos reivindicatórios nesta data”. Contudo, “diante de informações veiculadas pelos órgãos de imprensa, a secretaria tomou todas as medidas necessárias para garantir a prestação de serviços e a tranquilidade à população”.
Ainda segundo a nota, entre o ano passado e este ano, “os servidores obtiveram reajustes da ordem de 32,2%, mais que o dobro da inflação do período. Para os próximos três anos, a previsão é de mais 37,5%”.
Além disso, a secretaria diz que, desde 2011, “13.096 policiais militares, 2.349 bombeiros militares, 569 policiais civis, 1.052 servidores do sistema prisional e 429 servidores da Polícia Técnico-Científica foram promovidos. Em 2015, 1.739 policiais civis, 422 servidores da Polícia Técnico-Científica e 358 servidores do sistema prisional obtiveram progressão na carreira – o que redunda em valorização na remuneração”.
Por fim, a SSP-GO destacou que, “diante desse quadro, e no contexto da grave crise econômica pela qual o país atravessa, a secretaria confia que prevalecerá o bom senso e o compromisso dos servidores, que não tomarão qualquer medida que venha a prejudicar a população goiana e nem acarretar medidas disciplinares contra os mesmos”.
