A Câmara dos Deputados analisa proposta que pretende incluir a disciplina de primeiros socorros na grade curricular dos cursos de formação de soldados das polícias militares. A medida consta do Projeto de Lei 8248/14, da deputada Flávia Morais (PDT-GO).
Segundo o texto, a disciplina será ministrada de forma que habilite os militares ao atendimento preliminar de acidentados que aguardam o socorro médico de urgência. “O policial militar é quem primeiro chega ao local e quem primeiro toma conhecimento das condições físicas das vítimas”, diz a deputada.
“É sabido que, em tais situações, a qualidade e a presteza do primeiro atendimento constitui fator essencial à preservação da vida e a uma recuperação mais rápida e livre de sequelas”, completa.
Tramitação
A proposta tramita em caráter conclusivo nas comissões de Segurança Pública e Combate ao Crime Organizado e de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania.
