Corregedoria da SSP atesta inocência de delegado Trindade, de Juruá

O delegado da Polícia Civil do Amazonas no município de Juruá (a 673 quilômetros de Manaus) Daniel Pedreiro da Trindade foi inocentado das acusações de crimes sexuais e ambientais e tortura em processo investigatório que correu na Corregedoria-Geral do Sistema de Segurança Pública. A decisão foi divulgada no último final de semana.
O delegado foi afastado do cargo pelo delegado-geral da Polícia Civil, mas seus direitos foram restabelecidos por meio de mandado de segurança impetrado pela Associação de Delegados de Polícia do Estado do Amazonas (Adepol-AM) que garantiu sua permanência, baseado na garantia de inamovibilidade do cargo.

Segundo a Adepol, desde junho Trindade vinha sofrendo acusações no município, o que levou uma comissão da corregedoria a ir verificar a situação, sob coordenação do delegado Renato Fonseca de Carvalho. Pelo menos 39 pessoas foram ouvidas sobre a atuação do delegado no município. Fonseca destaca a falta de indícios materiais para as acusações.
O delegado da correição também levantou depoimentos de presos que foram favoráveis a Trindade. Os próprios detentos contestaram acusações contra o delegado depois que um vídeo gravado na delegacia, em que presos aparecem lutando, vazou na internet. Os depoentes na investigação inocentam o delegado, reconhecendo o trabalho de responsabilidade social que ele desempenha no município.
Trindade disse ao PORTAL DO ZACARIAS que a verdade vai aparecendo conforme as denúncias são apuradas. “As perseguições começaram pelo fato de eu fazer meu trabalho de acordo com a determinação das leis e da instituição a que trabalho, a Polícia Civil do Amazonas. Não dou meu braço a torcer por intervenções políticas, muito menos no município em que atuo”, afirmou.
O delegado já havia sido entrevistado pelo PORTAL DO ZACARIAS em junho, e desde então defendeu que era alvo de perseguições políticas, especialmente depois de ter incentivado os moradores de Juruá a criar um sistema de rádio para divulgação de informações no município.
