Comissão de Direitos Humanos da OAB-PA realizou a audiência pública “Novos modelos de polícia”, para discutir as propostas de emenda à constituição que propõe questões como o ciclo completo de polícia e a uniformização das polícias. O evento foi realizado no auditório da OAB-PA, em Belém, hoje, 04, às 15h. O presidente da Associação dos Delegados de Polícia do Pará (ADEPOL-PA), delegado Ivanildo Santos, foi convidado para a audiência e já confirmou presença.
CICLO COMPLETO
Ciclo Completo, medida prevista na Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) 431/14, do deputado Subtenente Gonzaga (PDT-MG), inclui entre as atribuições de todas as polícias brasileiras a investigação e a oferta de provas ao Ministério Público para efetivar uma denúncia. Atualmente, essas atividades estão restritas às polícias Civil e Federal.
