Segundo Placidina, o laudo comprovou a ineficiência do objeto ao constatar que o péssimo estado geral da arma de fogo. Consta no relatório que o artefato foi recebido “sem o conjunto do ferrolho e havia papel de cor branca e fita isolante de cor preta envolvendo o cano.
